I am back on the Buffalo Sauce train. This Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip is the only thing your next get together needs. It is so addicting that everyone will be coming back for more. Honestly, it is the sauce for me. A good homemade sauce with a little bit of a kick, yum! The sauce is a must make! Check out the recipe below and give the Buffalo Sauce a try. Good company and good food is what we all need.

More must make appetizers: Ranch Cheese Ball, Cheesy Garlic Breatsticks, Turkey and Cheese Pull Apart Sliders and Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce.

Homemade Buffalo Sauce: Mix ingredients into a mason jar, place a lid on and give a good shake. Store in the fridge.

2/3 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Ingredients

1 lb cooked shredded chicken, 2 medium chicken breasts
8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup buffalo sauce * See my homemade buffalo sacue above*
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese, divided to 1 cup and 1/2 cup
2 Tbsp ranch seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray.
Boil chicken. Once chicken is cooked remove and shred. *See my tip below for an easy way to shred chicken*
In a medium size bowl mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, 1 cup shredded cheese and 2 Tbsp ranch seasoning.
Give it a really good mix so all ingredients are incorporated.
Place in prepped baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Best enjoyed warm but honestly it is so good no matter what!

Tips

My favorite way to shred the chicken is using my kitchen aid mixer. You can use a handheld mixer as well.

Substitutes

A great substitute for Greek yogurt is sour cream. They swap out perfectly for each other.
