It is in the middle of winter here and that means the busy season for me at work. Being able to throw everything in the crockpot in the morning and have it done for when my husband or I get home is the best.
You can enjoy this meal on its own, which is what we do, or cook up some rice and serve it over the rice. It makes the perfect gravy keeping everything moist and delicious. Give it a try and let me know what you think! Be sure to leave a comment as I LOVE hearing from you!
