|Energy Bites|

I’m not sure if these are actually energy bites but I feel better about myself calling them that! I usually enjoy these little guys after dinner when I need just a little something extra or during the day when I don’t have much time for a snack. They are so satisfying and totally replace anything surgery that you might have chosen otherwise.

They are super easy and quick to make which is also why they are my favorite! They take all of 5 minutes to throw together.

The easiest way to make these is by pressing them into a ball shape and storing them in the fridge so they hold their shape.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry oats
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in medium size bowl and mix together
  2. Press into ball shape. Mine are a little smaller than a golf ball. It’s easiest if your hands are damp.
  3. Place in container with a lid and store in fridge.
  4. It’s that easy! Enjoy!!
