For class on May 16th from 6-7:30pm at the Home Store in Spangle. 115 N. Main St Spangle Wa 99031.
Grab a friend and come learn all about bread making. We will go step by step through traditional sandwich bread and sourdough sandwich bread. You will make your own bread dough that you take home to bake (you will make the traditional bread dough in the class).
While your dough rises there will be time to shop the adorable Home Store and chat with friends.
A class ticket includes your own live sourdough starter, small Weck jar, printed directions to take home and your bread dough that you make in class.
Bread supplies will be available for purchase after the class! This is a hands-on class so come ready to get your hands in some dough. BRING A BREAD PAN TO TAKE HOME YOUR DOUGH IN or I will have some available for purchase!
